Supervision Tailored to You
In line with my therapy practice, my approach to supervision is warm, inclusive, and adapts to your individual way of working. I am invested in a supportive, collegiate relationship that moves away from a sterile and clinical approach, co-creating a space for deeply human, collaborative inquiry.
My aim is to provide a supervision space that is responsive to what you need, whether you are an experienced practitioner navigating the isolating landscape of private practice, or a student taking your first steps with clients.
What to Expect
Power-Sharing Space
I actively challenge the traditional hierarchy of the "expert" supervisor - you are the expert on your practice. I see my role as standing alongside you, so we can be curious about your work together. I value your autonomy deeply, and invite you to challenge me and share your perspective freely. Our work is a living dialogue, grounded in mutual trust.
Anti-Oppressive Practice + Context
As part of my commitment to socially aware practice, I aim to always honour the socio-cultural context of your clients, as well as the dynamics within our supervisory relationship. I openly acknowledge my own intersecting areas of privilege and minority experience, and I welcome exploration of difference, unconscious bias, and systemic power dynamics in our work.
Safety for Vulnerability
The therapeutic work we do requires immense vulnerability. I aim to create a shame-free environment where you can feel safe enough to bring your your doubts, your "stuck-ness", what is working, and what isn’t, into the room without fear of judgment, knowing you will be met with warmth and acceptance.
Affirming Diverse Identities
I warmly welcome the exploration of diverse lived experiences in our supervision. We can safely and curiously explore the intersections of neurodiversity, sexual identity, gender, race, class, and physical ability, ensuring that the unique identities of both you and your clients are integrated and celebrated in your practice.
Balancing Support + Ethics
Navigating the ethical requirements of our profession can at times feel complex. Rather than acting as a rule-enforcer, I sit side-by-side with you to explore ethical frameworks as a shared, supportive resource. Together we hold the tension between our duty of care to the client and our commitment to your autonomy and growth.
Working at Depth
While my foundation is person-centred, I actively welcome concepts from other modalities into our exploration. By paying attention to what we feel in the room, we can use our own emotional and somatic responses to better understand what your clients might be struggling to symbolise. We do this collaboratively, to help you maintain agency in the therapeutic relationship, and untangle complex dynamics.
Supervision Tailored to You
I recognise that your needs in supervision will be entirely unique to you. Rather than providing you with a pre-set way of working, I aim to support you in establishing your own unique practice, designing your own frameworks and building lasting trust in your internal compass.
Students + Trainees
For experienced therapists, the supervision space adapts to whatever your practice currently needs. Whether you are looking for a collaborative space to explore ethical dilemmas, reflect on client-therapist relationships, or a sounding board to help you maintain a buoyant practice, my goal is to ensure you leave feeling resourced and less isolated in your work.

Arrange a Free Consultation
I offer a free 30 minute consultation online or in-person, where we can explore what you are looking for from the supervision space, and to see if it feels like a good fit before committing to working together.
My availability here is for the next seven days. Drop me a message if you’d like to start after that or have any questions.
I look forward to hearing from you.
