  • I work with diverse clients with diverse reasons for seeking therapy. Working one to one with adults, I provide a warm and inclusive, confidential space that is sensitive to you and your needs.

    My work is based in person-centred practice - an evidence based therapeutic approach.

    I have significant experience in providing therapy through various services across London and in private practice working with issues such as:

    Depression / Anxiety / Bereavement / Low self-esteem / Loneliness / Burnout and work-stress / Relationship problems / Intimacy / Social anxiety / Family issues / ADHD / Childhood trauma / Complex PTSD / Sexual abuse / Emotional abuse / Sexual identity / Gender identity / Dissociation / Perfectionism / Creative blocks / Personal development / Health / Sleep / Sex / Addiction / Obsessive thoughts / Critical thoughts / Intrusive thoughts

    I also have experience working with LGBTQIA+ clients, global majority clients, and neurodiverse clients - all communities I am keen to support.

  • We all possess the capacity to self-heal, but sometimes these resources within us become blocked. In a safe and supportive relationship we can start to become aware of what might be restricting us, start to remove these barriers, and allow our own resources and strengths to emerge.

    I recognise that every person is unique and I will work with you to tailor how we work together to you personally.

    An essential part of this is in creating a safe environment for you to explore whatever is on your mind without judgement.

    You can attend without preparing anything and we can explore what you are experiencing at your own pace.

    I work with you individually, adapting the therapy to you as it develops. We might look at how we structure our time together, or for some clients it can be useful to bring in creative ways to explore their experiences beyond talking.

    With you at the centre of our work, we can explore what will help you in the short term and have longer term impact.

    I value your autonomy deeply and endeavour to continually improve my socially aware, anti-oppressive approach.

  • An Initial Session is an opportunity for you to experience what working with me will be like.

    We can use this time to answer your questions about the therapy, explore what has brought you, and what you would like to gain from therapy.

    Initial Session is free and lasts for 30 minutes. There is no obligation to continue.

  • My in-person therapy practice is based in Hackney at Netil House, Westgate Street, E8.

    I also offer therapy online via Zoom.

  • I offer a free Initial Session where we can discuss how we might work together.

    My rate for a 50 minute session is on a sliding scale starting at £65. Each client chooses their own rate.

    Clients who pay more are essentially benefactors for clients who pay less which helps sustain a more diverse and accessible practice.

    I offer a limited number of places for clients on a low income and need to pay at a concessionary rate.
